Domestic Returns and Exchanges (Türkiye)

You can return or exchange your products within 14 days , provided they are unused, undamaged and with their tags on.

• For returns made via Yurtiçi Kargo, you can get free shipping by using the SINS TEKSTİL return code.
• Exchange requests are processed depending on stock availability.
• If the requested product is not in stock, a refund will be made.

International Returns

Our customers abroad can return the products within 14 days from the date of receipt. The products must be in their original condition.

• International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returned items must be packaged carefully and in a traceable manner.
• Invoices and documents for customs procedures must be attached to the package.

Return Control and Refund

• Returned products are inspected within 2 business days after they arrive.
• Eligible returns will be refunded within 5–10 business days .
• Refunds will be made to the payment method used in the order. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Non-Returnable Products

• Used, washed or damaged items
• Underwear and swimwear products (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as "non-returnable" or "final sale"
