How long is the delivery time?

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days. International orders may take 4–7 business days, depending on the delivery address. All shipments are shipped via express shipping.

Is it possible to return or exchange discounted products?

Unfortunately, discounted, promotional, or end-of-season items cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are considered final sale.

How to make a change request?

You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging. For exchange requests, please contact us by emailing info@n-isse.com.
