1. Parties
This agreement is made between the customer ("BUYER") who makes a purchase through the www.n-isse.com website ("Site") and the person who makes sales electronically ("SELLER"). The party information is displayed and recorded on the system during the ordering process.

Topic 2
The rights and obligations of the BUYER regarding the sale and delivery of the products or services purchased from the SELLER's website are specified in this agreement.

3. Product Information
The type, quantity, brand/model, color and price of the ordered products are specified in detail on the order summary screen and in the invoice.

4. Delivery
The product will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER via a courier company within 30 days of order confirmation. If the BUYER is not present at the address at the time of delivery, the BUYER is responsible.

5. Payment and Billing
Payment is made using the online payment methods defined in the system. The invoice is sent electronically to the email address provided by the BUYER.

6. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery of the product without providing any justification. For the right of withdrawal to be valid, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Notification of withdrawal must be sent by email to info@n-isse.com.

7. Situations in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised
- Products produced according to personal requests or needs
- Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as underwear, bikini bottoms and swimsuits.
- Products that have been used, have been removed from the label or are no longer resalable.
- Discounted, promotional or end-of-season products cannot be returned or exchanged.

8. Exchange Conditions
Exchange requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Products in the discounted category are not eligible for exchange.

9. Personal Data and Privacy
Personal data declared by the BUYER during the ordering process is processed solely for the purposes of carrying out the sales process and in accordance with legal obligations. For detailed information, please visit our Privacy Policy page.

10. Dispute Resolution
In all disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence are authorized within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey.

11. Entry into Force
By completing the order, the BUYER declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the terms of this contract.
