Shipping and Delivery

Your orders will be prepared and delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days .

Shipping Time

Shipping is free for orders over 500 TL. For orders under 500 TL, the fixed shipping fee is 39.90 TL.

When your shipment is on its way, your tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail or SMS. You can track your shipment online using this code.

If your package is crushed, torn or wet, ask the cargo officer to draw up a report before accepting the delivery.
For missing or damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

We ship to a limited number of countries abroad. You can visit our contact page for eligible countries and shipping details.
