Return & Exchange

- We accept returns postmarked within 10 days of the date your package ships from us.

- Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.

- All shipping costs are the client’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed.

Returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. We'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.N-isse.com is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.

Canadian returns

We strongly recommend sending your shipment by priority post with a tracking number, as Nisse is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. Once the shipment has been received, we will process your return as soon as possible.

United States returns

Returns from the U.S. must be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Packages that incur any brokerage fee will be denied. All returned items should be declared as a "Return of Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration. Returned packages that do not have this mention on the customs declaration may be refused by customs and returned to the sender.

International returns

All returned items should be declared as a "Return of Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration. Returned packages that don't have this mention on the customs declaration may incur additional fees that will subsequently be deducted from your reimbursement. Packages that incur any brokerage fee will be denied.
